Places of interest

  • The French Riviera is definitely a must-see in Cote d’Azur. It is a wild coast with many prestigious seaside resorts as Cap-Ferrat, Juan-les-pins or Sainte-Maxime. These cities have become very sought-after destinations, sometimes you will need to book up to one year in advance to secure your room or campsite.
  • The Massif des Maures is a modest mountain really appreciated by hikers and mountain bikers. The scenery is generally spectacular, and the fauna and flora are gorgeous. Each time it is a real pleasure to visit these places even if it can be physically challenging.

  • Cities in the Region

    Nice, Marseille and Arles (amongst others) benefit from their glorious past and many ancient monuments and buildings are still perfectly maintained as if they were brand new. These monuments often date back to the Roman Period.

  • Typical villages

    Many small and authentic villages must be discovered: Grimaud, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Peillon or Roussillon and its houses made up of Ochre. You may also learn Pétanque, a local sport really much practised and appreciated.
